Most SSL certificates include a subdomain such as www and also the domain name itself. To get both names, the CSR code should be created with the subdomain, for example www.domänen.se
In windows it is not possible to create a directory with a dot first in the name. To solve this, you create a virtual directory in IIS called .well-known which in turn points to the directory where the file is located.
For some certificates, such as Comodo PositiveSSL Multi-Domain, not all e-mail addresses are displayed to which the verification e-mail can be sent, but by clicking on "Retrieve All Emails" all addresses are retrieved.
To easily and smoothly create a PFX file, we have created the following online tool
If you need to decode CSR code, you can use the tool below
Obtaining an EV certificate to get a green address bar in the browser is relatively complicated, with many different steps.
Comodo has made a guide that you can download Here.
The guide applies not only to Comodo EV certificates but to all providers as the rules are the same.
Country codes are required when creating a Certificate Signing Request.
